Delivery to any address in Egypt:

Within Cairo & Giza 50 EGP
Other Governorates 70 EGP

For deliveries within Egypt, simply select your city from the destinations drop-down menu at the checkout page to display the available options and charges for your destination.

We offer guaranteed delivery within 3-5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and up to 7 business days for all other locations.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays for our customers.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we have created the following return policy to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible

– Item Inspection: Please ensure that you inspect your item in front of the carrier upon delivery. If you approve the item received, you do not have the right to make a return.

– Change of Mind: If you change your mind and do not want to keep the item, you may return it to us while the carrier is still at your home. However, delivery fees will be withdrawn from you.

– Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, you have the right to exchange it. Hope Giver Campaign will cover the delivery fees for such exchanges.

For online pre-paid purchases, our refund procedure will begin after a thorough inspection of the returned item. Once the item has been inspected and deemed eligible for a refund, we will proceed to issue the refund via the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made AFTER deducting the shipping fees.
