"Week of Hope" in Partnership with VOX Cinemas Egypt
“Great Moments for Everyone, Everyday.” Owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment, VOX Cinemas is the cinema arm of Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping malls, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
In December 2022, VOX Cinemas Egypt partnered with the Hope Giver campaign to host a “Week of Hope” inside VOX Cinema – Mall of Egypt. The initiative aimed to inspire others and create magic moments of hope inside the cinema.
During this week, VOX Cinemas hosted a competition on social media to find the best idea to spread hope. The winners received gold tickets to watch one of their favorite movies in style!
They also made sure that their digital screens were filled with messages of hope for everyone who walked past them while they waited to buy tickets. These messages included words from Hope Giver campaign ambassadors from all around the world encouraging guests not only to go see a movie but also to spread hope where they can find it!
To really make this campaign personal for guests, VOX Cinemas handed out “Hope Cards” filled with unique messages of hope when guests purchased their cinema tickets.
The campaign was also supported by a Kid’s Cinema Session and a Birthday Party for young heart patients from Al Nas Hospital and kids from Gannat El-Khulood charitable association with the presence of famous actress Nada Bassiouny that gave them some words of encouragement while they were watching their favorite movie in VOX Cinema – Mall of Egypt.
